Professor’s Comments VIX Buy Signal

With the Dow up 50+ points, it has caused the VIX to fall back below its Upper Bollinger Band.

If it closes below the Upper Band, it will generate a VIX But Signal.

You can bet that the Big Boys are watching this indicator with great interest.  And with the markets EXTREMELY oversold, they just might decide to start putting money to work.

Watching the 60s.
