With the Dow up over 1,300 points, and energy stocks following the rally, the Model is selling its shares of BP at 20.85. I’m starting to see some negative divergence on the short-term bars which suggests a pullback. If the pullback occurs, the Model will consider re-entering the trade. But for now, BP was purchased as a trade only, and now that it has popped more than 3 points, the Model is taking a quick profit.
