Professor’s Comments September 6, 2013

The Professor is off for the day and asked that I list the high lights as we all wait for the morning reporting.
The Dow rose 7 points, closing at 14,937. It had 1,451 advances with 1,624 declines along with 93 new highs and 50 new lows.
There isn’t much else to report while we wait to see the BLS monthly jobs report for August due out later this morning. The news pundits are all talking about various economic data showing signs of possible improvement so we will wait to see the actual figures and what the Fed decides to do.
So I will be waiting and watching with everyone else.
