Professor’s Comments October 21, 2014 Update

By moving above the 16,500 level, it’s pretty clear that the current rally is NOT a wave 4 correction. It’s likely a wave 2.
This means that the Dow will likely rally to the 16,700 level before wave 2 completes and wave 3 down begins.
I’ll have more on this change in wave count in tomorrow’s Comments.
