The Fed will announce its latest policy on interest rates at 2pm today. This could be a noteworthy announcement as the past three days have seen extremely low volatility. Low volatility before a Fed announcement has been a short-term negative for the markets in the past. If the sell off begins, students might want to check out the ST Indicators on the Dow. As of this morning, the ST volume indicator is negative and the momentum indicator is barely positive. If the momentum turns negative, we could see a change in signals on the Dow (DIA)
