Professor’s Comments Update 6/7/19

OK, after the extremely weak Jobs Report, the markets had the expected reaction rally fueled by short-covering. So now we need to watch and see what happens once the markets begin to stabilize. If new buying starts to come in, it’s likely Wave 3 up will continue. Otherwise, the markets should begin to pull back.
The extremely weak Jobs Report should be taken as a warning that the economy is becoming weaker.. And while this may cause the Fed to start easing again, further fueling the rally, it is not something that bodes well for the future of the stock market.
